SUMMARY:weekly 60min ecstatic dance
DESCRIPTION:Join Kayla and Crystal for this shorter version of Ecstatic Dance for the Fargo Moorhead area!!\nWe will do a brief intro\, dance dance dance\, and then end with a moment of rest and closing connection!\nThis is a time to move your body– release tension\, move stagnant energy\, reach heightened states within yourself! \nDress comfortably. Or dress in something that makes you feel flowy and beautiful!\nYou’ll listen to your body so no pressure to move in any sort of way. This is free flow solo dancing. \nUse the website link to register. \nIf you’re interested in more ceremony-check out our 2hr events that include things like cacao ceremony\, felt state journalling\, and more! Each of these have a theme as well.
