The group will circle for a heart opening cacao and mantra ceremony followed by a guided embodiment practice that will lead to free flow dancing! We will finish with rest in Savasana and close the circle. This will be a time of gathering for the experience of loving aliveness! We will celebrate the rising energy of spring into summer and growing vitality of this season as we move our bodies to clear stagnant energy, and dance our hearts into a deeper love of Life.
