Friday the 13th and you can come expressing all the freaky you feel called. You can dress up funky or just come with your own vibe of being ready to shake/dance off any of the crazy of life!
Together we can come together for the medicine that comes from free flow dance.
You will be led through a welcoming, meditation and journaling (let go of anything holding you back from your full expression of your unique you-ness!!), embodied practices, dancing and Savasana and closing!
