Join Kayla and Crystal for this shorter version of Ecstatic Dance for the Fargo Moorhead area!!
We will do a brief intro, dance dance dance, and then end with a moment of rest and closing connection!
This is a time to move your body– release tension, move stagnant energy, reach heightened states within yourself!
Dress comfortably. You’ll listen to your body so no pressure to move in any sort of way. This is free flow solo dancing.
