Join Kayla and Crystal for an Ecstatic Dance experience that focuses on deep gratitude! We will begin in circle with cacao ceremony and trataka – a candle gazing meditation. Then we’ll move into ecstatic dance and end in stillness in shavasana. Fill yourself with deep gratitude through this 2 hour ecstatic experience!
