Enjoy a day of depth with yourself. Explore and nourish. This is YOUR dedicated time to traverse whatever is showing up for you in your life at the current time. We can utilize Gene Keys, Body or Energy work, Dance, Body paint, Psychosexual Embodiment practices, Art (on paper-unless other supplies are provided), Aromatherapy, Emotional clearing, Infrared Sauna time, you name it. If it’s part of the magic that Crystal provides, it’s at your disposal during those 4 hours. We will also share lunch or snacks throughout.
Choosing to have this day of depth requires a 20 minute zoom or phone call prior to the day — this will give a baseline of options that are desired as well as the food details to be discussed so things can be provided for and included with the investment (exceptions would pertain if costs exceeded normal lunch costs).
