Painting Pleasure Weekend

Come paint with other women and explore sensuality and moving energy!
We will:
Paint pain into pleasure!
Paint pure pleasure/angst/emotion/sensation!
Paint a mess!
Paint beauty!
Be creative and play!
Whatever emerges!
***No right or wrong allowed in this sacred creative space***

details:
Each individual will work on their own painting(s) while we also pause to move our bodies and tune in to our senses/sensuality.
The evening, and next afternoon will be full of us making the art as well as:
-connecting with our body throughout this process
-allowing emotions to flow
-alchemizing any life aches/pains
-activating our turn on for life
-feeling our energy move and our creativity flow
-enjoying our sisterhood in circle

Crystal will guide the sensual practices and there is free movement (stretching/dance) encompassed in that process.
NO previous painting experience required.
All art supplies will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own if you have special paints, brushes or dot tools etc. you Want to use/bring).
You will receive a canvas to keep your masterpiece after Saturday.

*Circle of up to 7 women (so if you want to do this with your friends sign up quickly, or book a special one evening event with Crystal)*
